• Question: @stephanie when you said you have done 50 renewable energy projects is there one you liked the most ?

      My favourite projects have definitely been any involving flying wind turbines. I did one project that let me go out and help test a flying turbine, which was a kite on a tether attached to a special generator. I helped install some sensors and a wind speed sensor and got to watch the kite fly up to 600m high!

      I love hearing about the work of other scientists- hopefully all the students have enjoyed hearing about the variation of work in the different scientists involved in the Climate Zone!
