Good question! The Earth is constantly rotating. We’re all on the moving Earth, and travelling at the same speed. So if we jump, we travel at the same speed we were moving at before because there’s no force to stop us.
Gravity is pointing to the centre of the earth. That means that even people on the “upside down” side of earth like in Australia won’t fall off because gravity pulls them down towards the ground. I suppose over there we’re the ones that are upside down to them!
